Become a vendor coordinator

As organizers work to launch the first-ever Panhandle Frontier Finds, the group is working to identify vendor coordinators throughout the region to lead the local efforts.

What is a Vendor Coordinator?

Vendor Coordinators are the heart of this effort. They build relationships, support vendors, create local enthusiasm, and help ensure consistency across the counties. Their role strengthens communication, recruitment, and community engagement—key pieces for a successful event.

Our volunteer Vendor Coordinators play a crucial role in facilitating the mission of Panhandle Frontier Finds within the Nebraska Panhandle, ensuring that advertiser information and vendor listings are effectively communicated to the community, and helping locals and visitors discover vintage treasures.

Are there already Vendor Coordinators in place?

As we wrap up 2025, Panhandle Frontier Finds now has 16 Vendor Coordinators actively supporting the initiative, representing 7 of our 11 counties. This has been an encouraging step forward and shows the momentum building around PFF.

What does a Vendor Coordinator Do?

Each community's Panhandle Frontier Finds experience will vary, shaped by the vendor coordinators who promote the event, assist vendors with sign-ups, distribute vendor materials, and provide essential advertiser information. For those involved, the Vendor Coordinator Handbook is available to guide you through the process of setting up vendor listings and showcasing vintage treasures in your community.

How do I sign up to be a Vendor Coordinator?
