We invite you to join Panhandle Frontier Finds as a vendor or advertiser. Below, you'll find details for both vendor listings and advertiser information. Signing up is easy through our online platform by clicking the button below. Please note that the deadline to register for vendor listings and advertising in the official Trail Guide is March 1 each year, so don't miss your chance to showcase your vintage treasures in the Nebraska Panhandle.

Become A Vendor

Become a vendor on the Panhandle Frontier Finds Trail, a 3-day event covering 11 counties in the Nebraska Panhandle. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your antiques, vintage treasures, crafts, homemade goods, or local specialties to shoppers traveling the open roads of the region. The deadline for registration is March 1. For detailed information on how to register, scroll to the 'Downloads' section of this page and download the 'Vendor Register Directions' document.

Standard Listing

This fee includes essential advertiser information in the Panhandle Frontier Finds Trail Guide, which features: 


- Name and address of the sale 

- Town and county 

- Driving directions for rural locations 

- Hours of operation 

- Description of sale items (up to 140 characters) 

- Vendor sign 

- Marketing promotion by PFF, highlighting vendor listings and showcasing vintage treasures throughout the Nebraska Panhandle.

Includes everything in the Standard Listing, plus:


Expanded sale description (up to 280 characters) to showcase your vintage treasures in the Nebraska Panhandle. Enhanced visibility in PFF marketing ensures your vendor listings stand out.

Every shopper relies on the Panhandle Frontier Finds Trail Guide—it's their go-to source for maps, sale listings, and must-see stops in the Nebraska Panhandle. Advertising in the guide puts your business directly in their hands all weekend long, ensuring visibility among vendor listings and those seeking vintage treasures. The deadline for advertisements is March 1.


Ad pricing does not include design services. Advertisers are responsible for providing print-ready black and white ads to sales@panhandlefrontierfinds.com by the deadline.

Become A LICENSED MERCH PARTNER

Selected retail businesses can partner with Panhandle Frontier Finds and become licensed merchandise partners. Approved businesses will be able to use the Panhandle Frontier Finds name and logo to create unique merchandise for shoppers along the Trail. 


Cost to license the name and  logo to use in your business is $50 and includes a free 1/8 page ad in the official Trail Guide. 


Interested businesses must apply for the license by completing the Logo Use & Merchandise Policy Form  and submitting it and mock-ups of your merchandise to info@panhandlefrontierfinds.com. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO PURCHASING A LICENSE THROUGH THE PORTAL. After review and approval by the marketing committee, businesses will be asked to remit payment and sign the licensing agreement.
